Every time the Downtown Modernism marketplace returns to the Modernica factory, it's a little bit different. New dealers, new attractions, new food, and new faces, although, you can always expect to find over 60 vintage modern dealers from California and beyond. Absolutely,  one of Los Angeles's best marketplace events for vintage modern design.

Emerald ATM's mobile team was blown away at the local and surrounding areas participation in the third annual Downtown Modernism market for vintage modern design.  

We placed 2 mobile ATM's in high traffic locations to pay for food, beverage and vintage goods purchased on site.  Collectors, connoisseurs, and treasure hunters had the chance to peruse countless mid-century, modernist, and vintage relics from Modernica’s hand-picked group of knowledgeable dealers.

A team member was on site for the entire event to respond to any technical issue.  Emerald ATM is looking forward to our continued relationship.  Congratulations Downtown Modernism Vintage Flea Market on your successfully executed Vintage Flea Market and thanks for allowing our team to participate.

We placed 2 mobile ATM's in high traffic locations.  The front entrance location proved to be the best placement with the most activity while the beer garden ATM was trying to play catch up all day. 

Our ATM service helped drive thousands of dollars in transactions to pay for food, beverages and vintage goods purchased on site.  Foodies, connoisseurs, and vintage deal hunters had the chance to spend the day among great food, energy, music and a positive family and group environment.

Downtown Modernism's faithful dealers braved the weather to offer their spectacular wares to crowds of Los Angeles shoppers.  Despite stormy skies and a fair bit of drizzle.

Smorgasburg LA Grand Reopening 2018:  Downtown Los Angeles

Emerald ATM has been a part of Smorgasburg LA since its inception.  We love long term relationships and our partners trust our service and commitment to their business as well.  This is the reason people continue to use our ATM rental services year after year. 

Smorgasburg LA is open every Sunday on the five-acre site of the weekday Alameda Produce Market in Downtown Los Angeles, which is part of a larger, new development called ROW DTLA.

Each Sunday, find dozens of exciting food vendors at Smorgasburg LA, plus sophisticated shopping from the realms of design, craft, style, vintage, wellness, and more. Cultural events, pop-ups, and other surprises transform the vast site into a new node in Downtown LA’s burgeoning scene, and a unique destination for the region. 

For the third year in a row, our Mobile ATM team participated in one of the best vintage flea markets in the Los Angles area. Taking place every Saturday from 5-10 p.m. all summer long, the outing features a plethora of local, independent sellers that offer vintage clothing, art, rare vinyl, crafts, and much more. If you find yourself working up an appetite from all the shopping you have available at your fingertips, food trucks are waiting right nearby, just for you.

The Silvelake Flea Market takes place on the playground of Micheltorena Elementary School, and is free to attend.
